Aditya Roy Kapur, who played the lead role in the Indian adaptation of night manager, Today I am in seventh heaven. Cause? The “OG” Night Manager, Tom Hiddleston or should we say, Jonathan Pine had “some nice words to say” about the remake of the 2016 British series created by David Farr. Tom and other cast members from the original series watched the Hindi adaptation in the UK on Thursday. After the screening, the Loki actor greeted his Indian counterpart over a video call and went about his day. Aditya, who plays Shaan Sengupta in the series, uploaded two pictures of himself talking to Tom Hiddleston over a video call and wrote: “The OG Night Manager watched our show yesterday! He had some kind words to say. Bas aur kya chahiye (what else do I want now).” Recently released directors night manager, Priyanka Ghosh and Sandeep Modi were also present at the UK screening of the show.

Director Sandeep Modi thoroughly enjoyed the UK screening and also met David Farr, the creator and writer of the original series. Like Aditya Roy Kapur, Anil Kapoor, Sobhita Dhulipala and Tilottama Shome could not attend the event. Sandeep posted a few more glimpses from the star-studded evening and wrote: “What a beautiful evening with Tom Hiddlesome (red heart icon) the generous and charming man. Our Shaan, Aditya and Pine came face to face with the video at a special screening by Simon Korn and team in London. And we were over the moon with the praise! Also in pictures is the talented David Farr, whose original work I and Sridhar Raghavan (co-producer and co-writer) adore. I thank Priyanka Ghosh, Rajesh Chadha (producer) and the entire team #night manager (red heart symbol). Missed Anil Kapoor, Sobhita Dhulipala, Tilottama Shome and the rest of my cast and crew.
Not only this, Sandeep Modi also shared a photo of himself and Priyanka Ghosh with Tom Hiddleston. The British actor can be seen talking to Aditya Roy Kapur over a video call in the post. “Hazy memories of a great screening in London. When Shaan met Pine on video call (red heart symbol),” read the caption.
All the posts by Aditya Roy Kapur and Sandeep Modi were not “enough” to describe the magical evening for Priyanka Ghosh. He also shared pictures of the screening.
