Sushmita Sen, who suffered a heart attack, has been updating her Insta family with a glimpse of her daily routine. Speaking of which, the 47-year-old actress has shared an inspiring thought on her profile about promoting love and kindness on social media instead of hate. She shared a picture that read, “Instead of bashing what you hate, promote what you love.” Along with a photo, she wrote a note that read, “#Inspirational Thoughts It’s so easy to be a good person, choosing to live a life of love and happiness…focusing on the positive..myself creating an aura of hope for the and others!!! Earlier this month, Sushmita Sen took to Instagram to inform fans about suffering a heart attack and undergoing angioplasty. An excerpt from her note read, “I had a heart attack a few days back…angioplasty was done…stent was put in…and most importantly, my cardiologist reaffirmed ‘my Dil Bada Hai’ Thanks a lot people for their timely help and constructive action… Will do that in another post!”
