Amit Sajwan, lawyer for the three accused, told TOI, “The charges were framed by the court of additional sessions judge. The trio pleaded not guilty and requested for a court hearing on the charges, after which the court fixed the next date. ” Hearing on 28 March. “The charges were framed by the court of additional sessions judge,” Amit Sajwan, counsel for the three accused, told TOI. The three men pleaded not guilty and requested for a court hearing on the charges, following which the court posted the matter for the next date of hearing. The date has been fixed for March 28.
