Microsoft: Microsoft will let users share Bing responses to Facebook, Twitter

Microsoft is loosening restrictions and adding more features to AI-powered bing For some time. Recently, the company increased the number of chat sessions to 15 and the total number of chats to 150 and has now added a ‘Share’ button, which will let users share chat responses generated by AI-powered Bing.
“We’ve added the ability to share Bing Chat responses with others across Facebook, Twitter, pinterest, email, or using a permanent link,” the company said in a blog post that also listed other features Microsoft is working on. These features include Bing Chat and adding write For Edge sidebars, improved contextual understanding, and including groups Skype Chat with Bing.
Notably, some of these features were earlier shared by Microsoft’s Corporate Vice President and Consumer Chief Marketing Officer Yusuf Mehdi in a tweet as well as the Bing handle on Twitter.
Bing Chat and Compose in the Edge Sidebar
Users of Edge v111.0.1661.41 will see a new Bing icon in the sidebar that includes chat and compose features. The company said that this feature will help users to write quick drafts.

For example, if users want to update their “About” information on LinkedIn, they can click the Bing Chat button and input a command in natural language. The Bing chatbot will quickly generate a summary which can then be copied and pasted into the “About” text box.
Importantly, these experiences will only appear for users who have access to the new Bing preview.
test of rapid reactions
Last month, Microsoft announced three new modes: Creative, Precise, and Balanced. Creative mode aims to make responses more “original and imaginative”, precise mode improves on that accuracy and relevance, balanced mode strikes a balance between accuracy and creativity.
Mehdi also said that Microsoft is testing an optimization on “Balanced” mode to “significantly improve performance” for fewer, faster responses. The Precise and Creative modes remain unchanged.
improve contextual understanding
Microsoft also announced that they have improved Bing’s ability to absorb large amounts of context in Creative Tone conversations. This extended reference window allows for better grounding – an approach that improves the quality of the user-provided signal.
group chats in skype with bing
Last month, Microsoft announced that users can chat with Bing in Skype. In the latest update, the company is opening up Bing previews in Skype with friends. “Just join a group chat where at least one person is approved, add Bing as a participant, and everyone can talk with it regardless of their waitlist status. For, simply add @bing to the beginning of your message,” the company said in a blogpost.
