Jio was down for several users in Delhi-NCR on Sunday, according to outage tracking website Downdetector.com, which tracks outages by combining status reports from multiple sources, including user-submitted errors on its platform. According to the website, over 1500 users reported problems with accessing the network in Delhi at the peak of the outage. Soon after the outage came to light, several users took to social media complaining about Jio downtime.
A large number of users took to Twitter to raise their complaints. User reports suggested that the issue affects mobile networks. Jio app and customer care service were also not available for some users.
Shortly after the Jio outage came to light, #JioDown started trending on Twitter.

As per the details available on the downdetector, the problem apparently surfaced around 10 pm. According to the website, 63 percent of users reported no signal, 21 percent of users reported problems with mobile networks, and 16 percent reported total blackouts.
