The results of round one seat allotment have been declared by the Coordinating Institute of Common Offer Acceptance Portal (COAP) of the Indian Institute of Technology Madras. Registered students can check the seat allotment results from the official website – coap.iitm.ac.in. Candidates satisfied with the allotment can confirm their acceptance till June 11. The information brochure also contains the tentative schedule for the upcoming main counseling round and additional four online rounds.
Common Offer Acceptance Portal, or COAP, is a common platform for registered students to choose a college of their choice for MTech programs from participating PSUs.
The registration window for COAP is open and candidates who have qualified GATE (2018, 2019, 2020) can register online and participate in the upcoming rounds of counselling.

The participating institutes will shortlist and allot seats based on their selection criteria and will release the admission status in the COAP portal.
