AHMEDABAD: The State Board of Examinations on Friday announced that the drawing annual examination for school students has been postponed as it coincided with the final examination of primary students.
The drawing exam was to be held on April 1-2. The State Examination Board will soon announce a new schedule for the examination. The preliminary drawing exam for classes 5-8 was to be conducted on April 1 while the intermediate drawing exam for classes 9-12 was to be conducted on April 2.
The board started accepting the application form from December 9, 2022. However, at that time the Gujarat Council of Educational Research and Training (GCERT) had not announced the schedule for the final examinations of primary school.
