Bhagyashree explains why green beans are a great addition to your diet
Have you ever wondered how celebrities manage to look so fresh and radiant all the time? Well, a major part of the credit goes to her healthy lifestyle and clean eating habits. You must have often seen many actors promoting nutritious food. I have loved Actress Bhagyashree is no different. She is a strong advocate of healthy eating and also runs an Instagram series called #TuesdaytipswithB. In it she talks about the health benefits of various foods including fruits and vegetables. This time, he talked about green beans or string beans. With her scrumptious green bean preparation in hand, she adds that this vegetable is packed with magnesium, potassium and fiber that are good for the body. Following this, the video also shows him making a healthy preparation of beans using some home made spices, perfectly garnished with some grated coconut on top.

In the caption, he told that these vegetables are rich in vitamins A, C, K and folate. “Low calories, no fat and negligible sugar. It’s fabulous when you watch your waistline,” wrote Bhagyashree.
