Anupam Kher’s delicious Gujarati thali is giving us major foodie goals
Be it light and fluffy dhokla or scrumptious khandvi, Gujarati cuisine never fails to disappoint our taste buds. The authentic flavor of this dish comes from its use of mild spices and a hearty mix of vegetables. To experience a harmonious Gujarati meal, you must dig into the traditional thali. Recently, Anupam Kher had a Gujarati thali with a friend and of course, they shared glimpses of it on social media. In a video, the actor took us on a quick tour of his thali which consisted of rice, raita, green chutney, papad, dal, two to three vegetables, salad and jalebi for the sweet dish.
