Anupam Kher’s delicious Gujarati thali is giving us major foodie goals

Be it light and fluffy dhokla or scrumptious khandvi, Gujarati cuisine never fails to disappoint our taste buds. The authentic flavor of this dish comes from its use of mild spices and a hearty mix of vegetables. To experience a harmonious Gujarati meal, you must dig into the traditional thali. Earlier, several actors like Kartik Aaryan, Vijay Deverakonda, Ananya Panday and Ranveer Singh have tasted the infamous Gujarati Thali. The latest actor to join the list is Anupam Kher. Recently, Anupam Kher had a Gujarati thali with a friend and of course, they shared glimpses of it on social media. In a video, the actor took us on a quick tour of his thali which consisted of rice, raita, green chutney, papad, dal, two to three vegetables, salad and jalebi for the sweet dish. Beside it was a small plate of white dhokla and a samosa. Anupam Kher has written “Gujarati Thali” in Hindi as the caption of the clip. To keep an eye:

If you want to taste some classic Gujarati food, then set your plate with some dhokla and Gujarati samosas. For main course, make Gujarati Kadhi, Undhiyu and serve it with some rice, roti and salad.
