Ardha Purvottanasana


The yoga asanas suggested by Anshuka come with a host of health benefits. Falakasana, also known as Plank, helps strengthen the wrists, biceps, forearms, triceps, legs and neck. Falakasana II, also known as forearm plank pose, helps to stretch, strengthen and lengthen the arms.
