4. Cafe On 3 – Holiday Inn, Mayur Vihar

Holiday Inn New Delhi Mayur Vihar Noida is hosting ‘Jamna Paar – Tales of Cooking from the River Kali’. The festival will showcase a variety of delectable cuisine from cities along the banks of the Yamuna River including Delhi, Agra, Mathura, Uttarkashi, and Yamuna Nagar.

Chef Suraj Chauhan invites you to rediscover the forgotten cuisines and flavors of the banks of the Yamuna River. 7. Mediterranean Fare – Pullman

Pullman New Delhi Aerocity is hosting ‘Mediterranean Fair’ at its Farm to Fork themed restaurant, Farmers Basket. The festival will be held from March 17 to 26, and patrons will be able to sample a variety of delectable Mediterranean cuisine. The festival menu has been specially created by culinary expert Chef Alexandre. After a culinary journey of 25 years, he has worked in Michelin Star restaurants in France and Japan. Some of their signature dishes include- Empanada, Osso Buco, Bouillabaisse, Revithia and Tangine
